Lilly May Sharley, 91, of Campbell, Mo., died Monday, June 21, 2004, at Mary Mount Manor Nursing Home in Eureka, Mo.
Born Dec. 13, 1912, in Campbell, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Campbell Malin, she was a homemaker, a member of the Hopkins General Baptist Church in Campbell and later attended South Canaan General Baptist Church.
On Oct. 29, 1927, in Piggott, Ark., she married Fred Hillard Sharley, who preceded her in death on June 22, 1974. She was also preceded in death by her step-mother, Lola Ponder; three sons, J.F., Freddie Earl and Donald Hugo Sharley; one daughter, Imogene Faulkner; five brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include one son, Danny Sharley and wife, Lana, of Campbell; three daughters, Barbara Skinner and husband, Sam, of High Ridge, Mo., Kathy Dowling and husband, Terry, of Festus, Mo. and Betty Nettles and husband, Charles, of Lake St. Louis, Mo.; three sisters, Mary Lou Flanigan, Lanell Adams and Nadine Malin, all of Michigan; 17 grandchildren and several great and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Wednesday, June 23, at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 24, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at the Elder Cemetery in Campbell.
