Elsie Lee Cook, 88, of Kennett, died Friday, May 28, 2004, at National Health Care of Kennett.
Born Sept. 13, 1915, at Manila, Ark., she was a daughter of the late Arthur J. and Amand Elizabeth Smith Jackson.
On Oct. 30, 1930, in Manila, she married John H. Cook, who preceded her in death Oct. 6, 1969.
Survivors include one son, John Cook and wife, Charlotte, of Arnold, Mo.; three daughters, Christine Elizabeth Breckinridge and husband, Charles, of Crystal City, Mo., Barbara J. Allen and husband, Dallas, of Kennett and Lou Evelyn Walsh and husband, Martin, of Arnold; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Sunday, May 30, at McDaniel Funeral Service Chapel in Kennett.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday, May 31, at McDaniel Chapel with the Revs. Charles James and Johnny Liles officiating.
Burial in the Manila Cemetery at Manila.
Pallbearers are Jeff Allen, Gary Breckinridge, Dave St. Lawrence, Scott Brown, Mike Brown and Mike Boles.
