Elmer "Bill" Phillips, 78, of Malden, Mo., died Friday, May 28, 2004, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.

Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. today, Sunday, May 30, at Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Malden.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, May 31, at Bradshaw Chapel.

Burial will be in Rosewood Cemetery at Malden.
