Ruth A. Harden, 78, of Dyersburg, Tenn., died Tuesday, May 4, 2004, at Oakwood Manor, Dyersburg, Tenn.

She was a retired business owner and a member of the First United Methodist Church.

She married James P. Harden, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one son, Barry Blake Harden.

Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Gail Pugh, of Baton Rouge, La.; one son, James Alan Harden, of Dyersburg; one sister, Corrie L. Oliver, of Vicksburg, Miss. and five grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. today, Thursday, May 6, at the Senath Cemetery in Senath, Mo. with the Rev. Andrew Lovins officiating.

Dyersburg Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
