Shirley Jean Mack, 66, of Hayti, Mo., died Thursday, April 22, 2004, at Fruitland, Mo.
Born April 19, 1938, in Tupelo, Miss., daughter of the late Otis and Mary Caradine, she was a homemaker and a member of the True Light Church of God in Hayti.
She married John Ethan Mack, who survives.
Survivors also include two daughters, Mary Ann McAdams, of Miami, Fla. and Casandra Markham and husband, Richard, of Fruitland; seven sons, Clinton McAdams, Jr. and wife, Michelle, of Gosnell, Ark., James McAdams and wife, Margie, of Hayti, Harold McAdams and wife, Cheryl, of Atlanta, Ga., Vincent McAdams and wife, Scarlet, of Columbus, Ind., Ray "Randy" McAdams, of Blytheville, Ark., John E. Hudson, of Canton, Ohio and John Negil Hudson, of, Danville, Ill.; seven sisters, Paralee Prescott, of Memphis, Tenn., Mary Ethel Sutton and Peggy King, both of Chicago, Ill., Evelyn Fidis, of Southbend, Ind., Judy Burden, of Deering, Mo., Bertha Crenshaw, of Arlington, Texas and Rosemary Murphy, of Little Rock, Ark.; two brothers, Vincent and Curtis Caradine, both of Chicago; 25 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ben and Sam Albert.
Memorial services will be held at noon Saturday, May 1, at the True Light Church of God in Hayti with James McAdams officiating.
John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of arrangements.
