Wanda Miller, 76, of Kennett, died Friday, April 16, 2004, at National Health Care in Kennett.

Born Jan. 29, 1928, in Kennett, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Maddie Irene Easley Tharp.

On Oct. 1, 1966, in Piggott, Ark., she married Paul Tipton Miller, who preceded her in death on March 20, 1999. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ogwin and Wallace Tharp and two sisters, Peggy Abmeyer and Maciel Tharp.

Survivors include one daughter, Tammy Worley, of Kennett; two sisters, Gennie Lyle, of Winter Haven, Fla. and Judy Maddox, of Wappapello, Mo. and two grandchildren, Robert Paul Marshall, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. and Mikie Shannon, of Kennett.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 19, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.

Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers were Joe Brumley, Bob Holder, Jim Blankenship, Ed Smith, Steve Williams and Ristel Payne.
