Stephen Alan Henderson, Sr., 53, of Campbell, Mo., died Monday, April 5, 2004 at Three Rivers Healthcare North in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
Born on Dec. 10, 1950 in Mountain Home, Ark., son of Willie Mae Hamilton of Campbell, and the late Corbie Ray Henderson, he was a member of the Campbell American Legion Post 109, a United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War and a worker at Federal Mogul in Malden.
On July 28, 1972 in Holcomb, Mo., he married Patricia Bevel, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include one son, Stephen Alan Henderson, Jr., and wife, Brandi, of Campbell; two grandchildren, Austin Allan and Ashlin Sheyenne Henderson, both of Campbell; two brothers, Bob Henderson and wife, Marie, of Calico Rock, Ark., Delmo "Shorty" Henderson and wife, Gayla, of Campbell; one sister, Bethel Pickell and husband, Dewaine, of Jordan, Ark., and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim Henderson and Bill Henderson.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m., today, Wednesday, April 7 at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 8, at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell, with Rev. Jack Allen officiating.
Pallbearers will be Scott Dell, John Perkins, Jim Bevel, Joe Bevel, Billy Bevel and Robert Brooks.
