Jewel Miles, 82, of Branson, Mo., formerly of Holcomb, Mo., died Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at the St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Mo.
Born on July 21, 1921 in Leachville, Ark., a daughter of the late William McKinley and Ella Verlene True Graves.
On Sept. 23, 1939 she married Olan Miles, who preceded her in death on April 6, 1993.
Survivors include three daughters, Janet Shearrer and husband, Phillip, of Branson, Brenda Low and husband, Elvis, of Holcomb, and Carola Poe and husband, Donald, of South Fulton, Tenn.; two half-brothers, Sidney Graves of California and William McKinley Graves, Jr., of Texas; one sister, Willa Dean Brown of Santa Fe, Texas; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Pauline Reynolds.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m., on Friday, April 9 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., on Saturday, April 10, at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett with Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.
Burial will be in the Memorial Gardens in Kennett.
