Paula Jo Umfress, 27, of Campbell, Mo., died Tuesday, March 22, 2004, at the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Ark.
Born June 24, 1976, in Poplar Bluff, Mo., daughter of Kay King and the late Joe Cumins, she was a homemaker and a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Malden.
On Aug. 27, 1994, in Malden, Mo., she married Scotty Wayne Umfress, who survives.
Survivors also include one son, Holden Scott Umfress, of Campbell; one daughter, Raven McKenna Umfress, of Campbell; mother and step-father, Kay and Johnny King, of Malden; step-mother, Nina Cummins, of Risco, Mo.; a grandmother, Amalene Cummins, of Van Buren, Mo.; one sister, Kristi Winn, of Anchorage, Alaska; two step-sisters, Yalonda Kooyman, of San Diego, Calif. and Pennie Hendrixson, of Malden; one half-brother, Matt Cummins, of Risco and one step-brother, Johnny Ray King, of Malden.
She was preceded in death by grandfathers, Clyde Cummins and Frank Kinder and a grandmother, Bertha Mae Kinder.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 27, at the Landess Funeral Home of Campbell.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 28, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charley Shrum officiating.
Burial will follow at the Woodlawn Cemetery-Landess Addition in Campbell.
