Marvin Henry Bond, 62, of Wappapello, Mo., died Friday, March 12, 2004, at John J. Pershing VA Hospital in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
Born July 22, 1941, in Risco, Mo., son of the late Marvin Issac and Eva Mildred Stallings Bond, he was a U.S. Army and Army National Guard veteran.
On Nov. 15, 1958, he married Tanja Ursula Dierkes, who survives.
Survivors also include two daughters, Iris Leigreid, of Seattle, Wash. and Michelle Loafman, of Wappapello; two sons, Ronald Bond, of Wisconsin and Jason Bond, of Phoenix, Ariz. and six grandchildren, Kristen Loafman, of Sikeston, Mo., Devon Leigreid, of Seattle, Michael and Lauren Bond, both of Wisconsin and Michaela and Andrew Jackson Bond, both of Phoenix.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, March 19, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 19, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bryan Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow at the Park Cemetery in Malden.
