Joseph Johnson, 61, died Sunday, March 7, 2004, at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Born July 12, 1942, in Hermondale, Mo., son of the late Annie Mae Hughes, he was owner of a barber shop.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Johnson; two sons, Joe Johnson, Jr., of Green Bay, Wis. and David Davis; two daughters, Brenda Johnson and Cynthia Wilson; two brothers, Charles Wilson, of Cleveland and Victor Hughes, of New Madrid, Mo.; five sisters, Larane White, Janice Wallace and Sharon Johns, all of Malden, Mo., Mary Hester, of Cleveland and Ada Pullam, of Indianapolis, Ind. and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, March 16, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home Chapel in Bernie, Mo. with Elder James Fair officiating.
Burial was in the Macedonia Cemetery near Malden.
