Tommy Lynn Clay, 60, of Leesville, La., formerly of the Braggadocio, Mo., area, died March 5, 2004, at the Lake Charles Memorial Hospital in Lake Charles, La.
He was born Dec. 1, 1943, in Marked Tree, Ark.
A veteran of the Vietnam War, he retired from the U.S. Army as a sergeant first class, and worked at the Fort Polk Domino Pizza. He was a member of Sandy Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Sue, of Leesville; two daughter, Sue Ellen LeDoux and Stephane Clay, both of Killeen, Texas; two sisters, Katie George of Hayti, Mo. and Janie Hawks of Tulare, Calif.; and three grandchildren, Aliyah LeDoux, Trevon Thomas and Jaclynn Clay.
Funeral services were 10 a.m. Thursday, March 11, in the John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti with the Rev. Mike Ault officiating.
Burial, with full military honors, was in Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville.
Pallbearers were nephews, Terry Clay, Wayne Clay, Jim Tilmon, Joe Tilmon, John Tilmon and Brad Mashburn.
