Hazel Taylor, 90, of Kennett, died Tuesday, March 9, 2004, at National Health Care in Kennett.
Born Nov. 12, 1913, in Eminence, Mo., daughter of the late Henery and Julia Redman Counts, she was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Kennett.
She married Milburn L. Taylor, who preceded her in death on March 1, 1980. She was also preceded in death by one son, Carl Wayne Taylor; one daughter, Imogene Rackley; one brother, Floyd Counts and one sister, Gladys Oakley.
Survivors include one son, Charles Taylor, of Vanduser, Mo.; five grandchildren, Deborah Taylor, Paulette Borror, Gloria Watts, Patricia Sampley and Jeff Rackley; 10 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. today, Friday, March 12, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Carroll McGruder officiating.
Burial was in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Jim and Kenneth Watts, Ray Borror, Jeff Rackley, Danny Roark and Steve Graves.
