Petty Officer 1st Class Wayne Wells and Jennifer Wells of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., are proud to announce the birth of their son born Feb. 20, 2004.

He weighed 6 pounds, 9 1/2 ounces and was 20 inches long.

He the grandson of Darrell and Karen Wells of Forsyth, Mo., and the great grandson of Glenn and Vernice Kilburn of Kennett.
