Berneita Mae Singleton, 67, of Malden, Mo., died Monday, Feb. 23, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Born Jan. 6, 1937, in Manila, Ark., daughter of the late Carl and Cleavie Lamb Singleton, she was a member of the Bernie General Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Ken Singleton and wife, Susan, of Olathe, Kan.; three daughters, Debby Casey and husband, Dennis, of Olathe, Beth Singleton, of Brookfield, Mo. and Rebecca Knapp and husband, Gabriel, of Springfield, Mo.; three brothers, Wayne Singleton and wife, JoAnn, of Fulton, Mo., Bob Singleton and wife, Linda, of Malden and Rick Singleton and wife, Melody and 11 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Carl Singleton, Jr. and Jimmy Singleton.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bob Wiggins officiating.
Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
