Phillip Stultz, 74, of Kennett, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born Oct. 7, 1929, in Braggadocia, Mo., son of the late Albert and Mable Samples Stultz, he was a member of the Third Street Baptist Church in Kennett.
On July 28, 1978, in Gibson, Mo., he married Merideth Wake, who survives.
Survivors also include three brothers, E.J. Stultz, of St. Louis, Mo., Ronnie Stultz, of Holcomb, Mo. and Robert Stultz, of Parma, Mo. and three sisters, Mildred Jordan, of St. Louis, Betty Woodall, of Davie, Fla. and Linda Blanchard, of Plantation, Fla.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Feb. 24, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Bud Evans officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Dallas Allen, James Edwards, Donnie Brooks, Jack Lance, Award Stother and Bob White.
