Sharon Faye Spears, 60, of Malden, Mo., died Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, at her residence.
Born Oct. 24, 1943, in Rives, Mo., daughter of the late Byron Britton and Clara Lonia Ashley Elliott, she was of the Pentecostal faith.
On July 3, 1970, in Lilbourn, Mo., she married John Spears, who survives.
Survivors also include three sons, Ronnie Elmore, of Savannah, Ga. Michael Elmore, of Malden and Jody Weeks, of Danberry, Texas; one step-son, Rodney Jackson, of Hayti, Mo.; one brother, Dewayne Elliott, of Benton Harbor, Mich.; two sisters, Loraine DePriest, of Elkhart, Ind. and Glenda McConnell, of St. Louis, Mo.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Juanita Pyle and one brother, Bob Elliott.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today, Tuesday, Feb. 17, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roger Fowler officiating.
Burial will follow at the Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton, Mo.
