Armal Edward Johnson, 84, of Senath, Mo., died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2004, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.
Born Oct. 13, 1919, in Missouri, he was the son of the late Antney and Nora Brewer Johnson.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Johnson, of Senath; one son, Glennie Johnson and wife, Beverly, of Senath; one daughter, Patsy Davis and husband, Dale, of Senath; two brothers, Joe Johnson, of Pine Grove, La. and Carl Johnson, of Woodville, Calif.; six grandchildren, Chuck, Mark, Jim, Jamie and Heather Johnson and John Paul Davis and six great-grandchildren, Lauren, Katelyn, Morgan, Shona, Stephen and Cody Johnson.
He was preceded in death by one son, Eddie Johnson; one daughter, Diana Kay Johnson; two brothers, Bill and Omal Johnson and three sisters, Almarine Lucas, Faye Morgan and Annie Lee Pulliams.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 11, at the First Baptist Church in Senath with the Revs. Doug Clinton and Derek Combs officiating.
Burial was in the Senath Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Keith Milligan, Chuck, Mark, Jim and Jamie Johnson and John Paul Davis.
