Justice Malik Townsend, one month, of Malden, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2004, at his residence.

Born Dec. 19, 2003, in Poplar Bluff, Mo., he was the son of Kim Townsend, of Malden and Roger Annesser, of Bonne Terre, Mo.

Survivors also include two brothers, Broddric Annesser and Dominique Townsend, both of Malden; maternal grandparents, Theola Townsend and Steve Hubrins, both of Malden and paternal grandparents, Donna Scism and Roger Annesser, Jr., both of Sikeston, Mo.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Malden with the Rev. Gene Perkins officiating.

Burial will follow at the Macedonia Cemetery in Malden.
