Sharon McDaniel

Sharon McDaniel, 56, of Kennett, died Thursday, Feb. 5, 2004, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Born Nov. 19, 1947, in Rockford, Ill., she was the daughter of Mary H. Watson Lighthart and the late Herbert F. Lighthart.

Survivors include one son, J.R. McDaniel, of Kennett; four daughters, Teresa Jackson, Anna and Sandi McDaniel and Becky Trainer, all of Kennett; her mother, Mary Lighthart, of South Beloit, Ill.; four brothers; Curtis Lighthart, of South Carolina, Herbert and Alan Lighthart, both of South Beloit and Ronald Lighthart, of Kennett; four sisters, Rita Frank and Brenda Carlson, both of Belvidere, Ill. Sarah Phillips, of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Nina Garrison of Beloit, Wis. and eight grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.

Burial will follow at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett,
