Donald Ray Thacker, 63, of Zephyrhills, Fla., formerly of Campbell, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004, at Hernando Pasco Hospice Care Center in Zephyrhills.
Born Aug. 30, 1940, in Campbell, son of the late William J. and Mary L. Clayton Thacker, he was a retired factory worker and member of First Assembly of God in Campbell.
Surviving are one daughter, Sherry Brawner and husband, Cassie, of Campbell; four sons, Donald Ray Thacker, Jr., and wife, Debra, of Lafayette, La., Gerald Ray Thacker Evans of Neelyville, Mo. and Stephen Ray Thacker of Zephyrhills; two sisters, Janice Parks of Campbell and Gail Moore of Waskom, Texas; three brothers, Charley Thacker of Malden and Cecil Thacker of Campbell and Richard Thacker of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; one step-daughter, Connie Hicks of Poplar Bluff.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Thacker and Bob Thacker.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19, at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, at Landess Chapel with the Revs. Clyde Turner and Dale Shoup officiating.
Burial in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Campbell.
