E.H. "Tut" Felker, 84, of Caruth, Mo., died Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born Sept. 10, 1919, in Caruth, son of the late B.S. and Lucinda Whitney Felker, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in WWII and a farmer. He attended the Caruth United Methodist Church.
On Nov. 19, 1948, he married Bonnie M. Cook, who survives.
Survivors include three sons, Tom Felker and wife, Kathy and Gene and Bruce Felker, all of Caruth; three daughters, Diane Branum and husband, Kevin, of Orlando, Fla., Sharon Key and husband, Glen, of Memphis, Tenn. and Susan Felker, of Caruth; eight grandchildren, Micahel and David Felker, Shelly Jones, Brad Burton, Cassie and Cory Branum, David Jacobs and Victoria Key and four great-grandchildren, Jessica, Meagan and Jake Jones and Adrian Burton.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Russell and Dick Felker and six sisters, Pearl Braden, Nola Grindstaff, Oleene R. Grimes, Eunice Crites, Estalee Crites and Margie Caudle.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Thursday, Jan. 15, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Hogue officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Kevin Casey, Tom and Dennis Chailland, Glen Cannon, Jr., Tommy Joe Chandler and Tony and Mark Cannon.
Memorials may be made to the Liberty Cemetery in Caruth.
