Anna May McDonald, 79, of Campbell, Mo., died Firday, Jan. 9, 2004, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Ark.
Born July 4, 1924, in Campbell, daughter of the late Ira C. and Lela York Provo, she was a seamstress and a member of the First Baptist Church in Campbell. She was a member of the Campbell American Legion Post No. 109 Ladies Auxilliary and a member of the Campbell Rebekah Lodge.
On Dec. 20, 1952, she married Carlon McDonald, who preceded her in death on Sept. 12, 1989. She was also preceded in death by three brothers.
Survivors include three daughters, Dottie Waters Whiteside and husband, Kenneth, of Searcy, Ark., Faye Anders and husband, Buddy, of St. Louis, Mo. and Phyllis Poole and husband, Gaylon, of Bonne Terre, Mo.; three sons, Pete Waters and wife, Sandee, of Chesterfield, Mo., Carl McDonald, of Campbell and Charles McDonald and wife, Linday, of Ward, Ark.; 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Campbell with the Rev. Jeff Gatewood officiating.
Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Campbell.
