Alice Marie Wilkerson, 65, of Senath, Mo., died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2003, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.
Born Dec. 20, 1938, in Flint, Mich., she was a daughter of the late Enoch and Mary Eva Rushing McCarty.
On Nov. 5, 1955, she married Ray Wilkerson who survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Michael Dale Wilkerson of Paragould, Ark. and Danny Wilkerson of Tampa, Fla.; three daughters, Vicky Swindle and Cynthia Primm of Jonesboro, Ark. and Tammy Carter of Las Cruces, N.M.; one brother, Charles McCarty of Kennett; five sisters, Pat Martin Winstead of Fredricksburg, Va., Peggy McMillan and Bonnie Martin, both of Kennett, and Anna Noble and Rhonda Sanders, both of Farmington, Mo.; 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by six brothers, Richard, Donald, Jimmy, Jerry, Thomas and Bill McCarty; three sisters, Agnes McCarty, Mildred McElwrath and Betty Braski, one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were 2 p.m Saturday, Jan. 3, at First United Pentecostal Church of Kennett with the Revs. Carroll McGruder and Donny Sheering officiating.
Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett. Arrangements by McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett.
Pallbearers were Charles White, Wayne Odum, Will Garris, Johnny Masterson, Jay Masterson and Tim Trowbridge.
