Glenda Walker

Glenda Opal Robbins Walker, 94, of Clarkton, Mo., died Monday, Dec. 29, 2003, at Pemiscot Memorial Health Center in Hayti, Mo.

Born April 29, 1909, in Marble Hill, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Laura Nanney Robbins.

She married Fred G. Walker, who preceded her in death on Nov. 15, 1988.

Survivors include two sons, Harold Walker, of Warrenville, Ill. and John Walker, of Wardell, Mo.; one daughter, Glenda Bullington, of Tucson, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Friday, Jan. 2, 2004, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Griff Walker officiating.

Burial will follow at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.

Pallbearers are Homer Emmons, Lawrence Holt, Harold Bivins, Raymond Tanner, Jerry McHugh and Joe Rogers.
