Jewell L. Bradshaw, 81, of White Oak, Mo., died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2003, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Born June 8, 1922, at Holcomb, Mo., a son of the late Scott and Laura Ann Knox Bradshaw, he served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of World War II.

On June 14, 1942, at Piggott, Ark., he married Ola M. Davis who preceded in death July 25, 2000. He was also preceded in death by five brothers, Jessie, Luther, Albert, Harry and John Truman "J.T." Bradshaw; two sisters, Ethel King and Nell Coninger and one grandson, Adam Bradshaw.

Surviving are two sons, Ronald Bradshaw and wife, Phyllis, and Garry Bradshaw and wife, Gayla, all of Kennett; two daughters, Janet Reeves and husband, Gary, of Blytheville, Ark., and Patricia Norman and husband, James, of Kennett; one brother, Junior Bradshaw of Portland, Ore.; four grandchildren, Angela Cooper, Paula McDonald, Tim Bradshaw and James Norman; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at McDaniel Funeral Service Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Billy Fox officiating.

Burial in the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett.
