Enos Gibbs, 85, of Marmaduke, Ark., died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2003, at the Paragould Nursing Center in Paragould, Ark.
Born June 17, 1918, in Greene County, Ark., son of the late Charles Henry and Millie Williams Gibbs, he was a farmer and a member of the Ramer's Methodist Chapel.
On Nov. 5, 1938, he married Ealie Ola Wyatt, who survives.
Survivors also include one son, Donald Gobbs and wife, Barbara, of Paragould; one daughter, Linda Floyd and husband, Sherril, of Kennett; four brothers, Robert, Shelly, Henry and Cecil Gibbs; three sisters, Mary Boone, of Paragould and Ruth Hampton and Naomi Foster, both of Marmaduke; two grandchildren, Sherri and Terri Gibbs; one step-grandchild, June Smith and four step-great-grandchildren, Andrea, Kristi, Heather and Jessica Smith.
He was preceded in death by one great-grandchild, Payton Marie Gibbs.
Visitation will begin at 4:30 p.m. today, Thursday, Nov. 13, at the Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector, Ark.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at the Irby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kim Bridges and Bro. David White officiating.
Burial will follow at the Harvey's Chapel Cemetery near Marmaduke .
Pallbearers will be Nick and Gary Carter, Devon and Dewayne Hampton, Ricky Foster, Ray Hale , Avon Dale Gibbs and Jimmy Jones.
