Donald Lee Cook, 60, of Gideon, Mo., died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born Feb. 11, 1943, in Gideon, son of the late Obre F. and Lora Ellen Hamilton, he was iof the Baptist faith.
On April 7, 1966, in Gideon, he married Linda Griego, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include one son, Donald Lee Cook, Jr., of West Palm Beach, Fla.; four daughters, Ann Blair, of Piggott, Ark., Belinda Carol Allen and Patricia Walker, both of Malden, Mo. and Mary Ann Mathys, of Oceanside, Calif.; one sister, Marilyn Barnes, of Steelville, Mo.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Obre Francis Cook and one brother, Gene Hamilton.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 28, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Gideon with the Rev. Hubert Robinson officiating.
Burial was in the Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton, Mo.
