Dorothy Marie Tucker, 72, of Marble Hill, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2003, at her residence.
Born May 7, 1931, in Kennett, daughter of the late Henry Clay and Mary Edith Buchanon Baker, she was a seamstress and a member of the Point Pleasant General Baptist Church.
On Feb. 25, 1961, she married James William Tucker, who preceded her in death on Feb. 6, 2002. She was also preceded in death by two sisters.
Survivors include two daughters, Caroletta Pryor, of Marble Hill and Margarett Ann Sweaney, of Kennett; two brothers, Thomas Baker and Henry Clay Baker, Jr., both of Benton Harbor, Mich.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Liley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Littles officiating.
Burial will follow at the Point Pleasant Cemetery in Marble Hill.
