James Long

James Long, 75, of Kennett, died Friday, Oct. 17, 2003, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Born May 12, 1928, in Nimmons, Ark., he was the son of the late Oscar and Lena Summers Long.

On July 3, 1975, in Kennett, he married Christine Hollis, who survives of the home.

Survivors also include three sisters, Ruby Stevens, Mary Goodrich and Sinnie Bell Bradshaw, all of Kennett.

Funeral services ewere held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett.

Burial was in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
