Eula Mae Johnson, 81, formerly of Arbyrd, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2003, at the Lake Regions Hospital in Osage Beach, Mo.
Born Aug. 15, 1922, in Paragould, Ark., she was a daughter of the late William Aaron and Laura L. Bryson Jackson.
On Oct. 26, 1942, in Kennett, she married Houston Johnson who preceded her in death June 28, 2001.
She is survived by a son, Stan Johnson and wife, Donna, of Lake Ozark, Mo.; a sister, Oretha Drope of Yelm, Wash.; four grandchildren, Michelle Kursey, Derek, Dara and Devin Johnson; three great-grandchildren, Tiffany Dillion, Morgan Shea Raney and Zachary Paul Raney.
She was preceded in death by a son, Paul Wayne Johnson and nine brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 4, at First Baptist Church in Arbyrd with the Rev. Alan Cureton officiating.
Burial was in Lulu Cemetery under direction of McDaniel Funeral Service of Arbyrd.
Pallbearers were Derek and Devin Johnson, Buford, Jegadey and Garrett Skipper, Steve, Tim and Garry Roark, Billy and Sam Edwards.
