David W. Miller, 77, of Hayti, Mo., formerly of Qulin, Mo. died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Born June 8, 1926, in Atkins, Ark., he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in WWII and a farm hand. He was a member of the Qulin American Legion.
Survivors include two sons, Danny Miller, of Malden, Mo. and James A. Miller, of Fairfield, Iowa; one daughter, Kathleen Glandt, of Broseley, Mo.; eight brothers; one sister; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and companion, Flossie Connell.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, at the White-Sanders Funeral Home in Qulin.
Funeral services will be held at noon Monday, Sept. 15, at the White-Sanders Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Sanders officiating.
Burial with military honors will follow at the Qulin Cemetery.
