Clinton Harris III, 62, of Risco, Mo., died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2003 at his residence.
Born Jan. 17, 1941 in Water Valley, Miss., he was the son of Freddie Mae Owens Harris, of Sunflower, Miss. and the late Clinton Harris, Jr.
On Dec. 12, 1959 in Indianola, Miss., he married Leatrice Davis Harris, who preceded him in death on June 4, 2003.
Survivors include three sons, Johnny Davis, of Malden, Mo., Clinton Harris, of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. and Don Harris of Jonesboro, Ark.; five daughters, Annie Lee Harris, of Fort Leonard Wood, Freddie Harris, of Risco, Claudia Harris, of Jonesboro, Annie Pearl Harris, of Sikeston, Mo. and Frances Harris Webster, of Wahlawa, HI.; one brother, Joseph Harris, of Chicago, Ill.; three sisters, Pearl H. Moore, of Chicago, Stella Smith Harris, of Chicago and Ella Clayton Harris, of Sunflower; four grandchildren and four great-grandchilren.
Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7 at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7 at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Gene Perkins officiating.
Burial will follow at the Macedonia Cemetery in Malden.
