Danny Dewayne Batchelor, 32, of Nashville, Tenn., formerly of Malden, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2001, in Nashville.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete with the Bradshaw Funeral Home of Malden. Charles Bennett, 58, of Caruthersville, Mo., formerly of Kennett, died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2001, at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems in Hayti, Mo.
Born April 22, 1943, in Hornersville, Mo., he was the son of the late Smith and Maxine Thornton Bennett.
Survivors include one sister, Sue Wilbur, of Cooter, Mo. He was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Bennett and one sister, Rosalee Bennett.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 4, at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele, Mo. Anna Jean Guinn, 68, of Newport, Ark., died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2001, at her residence.
Born Oct. 25, 1932, daughter of Atheleen Greer, of Newport and the late R.A. 'Tom' Greer, she was employed at Merchants & Planters Bank in Newport until her retirement and was a member of the Newport First Baptist Church.
On Dec. 7, 1956, she married O.E. "Pete" Guinn, Jr., who survives of the home.
Survivors also include two sons, William Greer and wife, Shayla, of Mandeville, La. and Bruce Alton Greer and wife, Tracy, of Bella Vista; one daughter, Lynn Guinn Denton and husband, Billy, of Harrisburg, Ark.; three sisters, Virginia Bennett, of Little Rock, Ark., Betty Krone, of Senath, Mo. and Tommie Adams, of Newport and five grandchildren, Priscilla and Nina Guinn, Bruce Guinn, Jr., Dillon Guinn and Conner Guinn.
Visitation will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 4.
A family graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5, at the Walnut Grove Cemetery and a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. at the Newport First Baptist Church.

Jackson's Newport Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Lillie Hanners, 89, of Kennett, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2001, at National HealthCare in Kennett.
Born June 18, 1912, in Hornersvile, Mo., she was the daughter of the late John Wesley and Louella Cook Hanners.
Survivors include three daughters, June White and Kathy Jefferson, both of Kennett and Bonnie Rogers, of Booneville, Miss.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters. Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at the Horner Cemetery in Hornersville with the Rev. Raymond Pool officiating.
Pallbearers were Bobby and Rob Rogers, Mike Nichols, Matthew Pearson, Duane Cousar and Percy Jefferson. McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett was in charge of the arrangements. Sybil Jean Rayburn, 75, of Hayti, Mo., died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2001, at St. Bernards Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark.
Born March 21, 1926, in Braggadocio, Mo., daughter of the late James H. and Johanna Olree Light, she worked as switchboard operator at the Pemiscot County Hospital in Hayti and was a member of the Hayti Church of Christ.
Survivors include one daughter, Cheryl Culp and husband, Steve, of Jonesboro; one son, Edward Rayburn, of Paragould, Ark.; three sisters, Adrian Stanley, of Jonesboro, Ann Russell, of Fayetteville, Ark. and Margie Devine, of Hayti and three grandchildren, Sam and Josh Culp and Elizabeth Rayburn.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Wed, Oct. 3, at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden, Mo., with Bro. Pat James officiating.
Pallbearers were family members.
