James Bently Mitchell, 44, of Hornersville, Mo., died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2001, at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
Born July 18, 1957 in Clarksdale, Miss., son of James Bently Mitchell III and Christine Underwood Mitchell, he graduated from West Panola High School in Batesville, Miss. and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hornersville. He was employed in pipeline construction until he became disabled.
Survivors include three sons, Jason Mitchell and Ben Mitchell, both of Hornersville and John Mitchell of W. Va.; four sisters, Janice Kay Robertson of Marks, Miss., Sandra Gail Dietle of Monroe, La. and Linda Stephenson and Leslie Morin, both of Livingston, Texas; two brothers, Donnie Moore of Hornersville and Johnny Moore of Tacoma, Wash.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today, Friday, Oct. 26, in the National Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksdale, Miss. with the Rev. Mike Smithey officiating.
Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Mo. Lilly Mooneyhan
Lilly May Kelley Mooneyhan, 77, of Senath, Mo., died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2001, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born Oct. 21, 1924, in Senath, she was the daughter of the late Husler and Ruth Eunice Pulley Winberry.
Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Smith of Senath; one brother, Martin Winberry of Rockford, Ill.; one sister, Bertha White of Aubany, Texas and two grandchildren, Travis Ray Smith and Sheldon Wayne Knight.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Lonzo Winberry.
Graveside services and burial were at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, at the Senath Cemetery with the Rev. Brant Pierce.

Marian Pickle, 88, of Kennett, Mo. died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2001, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born Sept. 27, 1913, in Osceola, Ark., daughter of the late Winfred and Billie Driver McCaul, she worked at McCaul Chevrolet, McCaul Tire & Appliance and retired from Emerson Electric Co. She was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Kennett.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas Pickle and his wife, Shirley, of Little Rock, Ark. and Philip Pickle, Jr. and his wife, Janis, of Jonesboro, Ark.; three grandsons, Greg Pickle and his wife, Dena, of Houston, Texas; Tom Pickle, Jr. and his wife, Christy, of North Little Rock, Ark. and Sid Pickle and his wife, Suzette, of Jonesboro and two great-grandchildren, Grace and Grant Pickle.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. today, Friday, Oct. 26, at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church with the Revs. Henry Grodecki and Mark Binder officiating.
Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, under direction of McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett.
Pallbearers were Sid, Tommy, Greg, Phil and Tom Pickle and Bob Redman.
Honorary pallbearers were Sidney Pickard, Rita Redman and Dot Keane. Pearly Walton
Pearly Joan Dowdy Walton, 61, of Malden, Mo., died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born Oct. 14, 1940, in Malden, daughter of and Matilda Anna Jones Dowdy of Malden and the late David Ray Dowdy, she was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church in Malden.
She first married Arthur Emily, who preceded her in death. On Dec. 25, 1941, at Kennett, she married Walter Edward Walton, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include, one daughter, Rose Lawson of St. Louis, Mo.; three sons, Audie Emily of Potosi, Mo., David Emily and his wife, Gloria, of Fisk, Mo. and James Emily and his wife, Chris, of Dexter, Mo.; nine grandchildren, Tina Emily, Brian Emily, Emily Lawson, Brian Mitchell and his wife, Tina, Corey Mitchell and his wife, Shelly, Stephanie Boschenreither and her husband, Kevin, Heather Hartman and her husband, Kenneth, Daniel Wayne Casten and Davie Wade Casten; 11 great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Emily, Jacob Mitchell, Cameron Boschenreither, Donovan Boschenreither, Caleb Boschenreither, Allison Taylor, Clayton Mitchell, Ashleigh Hartman, Savannah Hartman and Lucas Hartman.
She was preceded in death by a son, Arthur Emily, Jr., a granddaughter, Michelle Lynn Johnson and a great-grandson, Dewayne Mitchell.
Visitation is today, Friday, Oct. 26, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Malden.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m Saturday, Oct. 27, in the Landess Chapel with the Rev. Herschel Godair officiating.
Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemtery in Malden.
