Minnie Allen

Minnie Allen, 89, of Kennett, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2002, at National Health Care in Kennett.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. James Lewis and A.C. Gardner officiating.

Burial will follow at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.

Maggie Butler

Maggie Butler, 101, of Wardell, Mo., died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2002, at National Health Care in Kennett.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home Chapel in Wardell.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at the Homestown Cemetery in Wardell.

Edward Chambers

Edward Walker Chambers, 61, of Little Rock, Ark., formerly of Campbell, Mo., died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2002.

He was an active member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church and of Kairos and a volunteer at St. Francis House and Helping Hand of Greater Little Rock.

Survivors include one sister, Mary A. Shenker, of Little Rock; two brothers, Father Leonard Chambers, of Joplin, Mo. and William James Chambers, of Lawrenceville, Ga. and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Rosary service was held at 6 p.m. today, Thursday, Jan. 31, at the Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel in Little Rock.

Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with the Rev. Leonard Chambers officiating.

Burial will follow at 3 p.m. in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Campbell.

Carolyn Davis

Carolyn Davis, 94, of Malden, Mo., died Monday, Jan. 28, 2002, at the Malden Nursing Center.

Born March 7, 1907, in Post Stoke, Ark., daughter of the late William and Frances Benson Seward, she was a member of the Zion Grove Baptist Church in Malden.

In 1924, she married Robert Emmett Davis, who preceded her in death in June, 1958. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Cloteen Davis; two grandsons, Steven Stone and William Stone, Jr.; five sisters, Delia Porter, Rose Johnson, Pinkie Brandy, Sadie Burton and Gracie Cato and two brothers, William and Ervin Seward.

Survivors include five daughters, Darlene Armstead, Jean Davidson and Margaret Smith Williamson, all of Malden, Juanita Price, of Chicago, Ill. and Christine Davis, of Maywood, Ill.; one son, Robert Emmett Davis, Jr. and wife, Deborah Davis, of Chicago; one sister, King Person, of Diaz, Ark.; 16 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Macedonia MB Church in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Macedonia MB Church with the Revs. Larry Simmons and Margaret Smith Williamson officiating.

Burial will follow at the Rosewood Cemetery in Malden.

Blair Pankey

Blair Pankey, 85, of Springfield, Mo., died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2002, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
