Flora Elizabeth Ice, 87, of Poplar Bluff, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2002, in Pacific, Mo.
Born Nov. 24, 1914, at White Oak, Mo., daughter of the late William Edward and Martha Alice Williams Smith, she was a retired florist and member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church at Poplar Bluff.
On March 4, 1931, in Kennett, she married Jesse C. Ice, who preceded her in death May 17, 1991.
She was also preceded in death by two sister, Bertha Ice and Evelyn Flatt and a brother, James Ed Smith.
Survivors include three daughters, Verba Champ and her husband, James, of Collegedale, Tenn., Jesslyn Johnson and her husband, Ed, of Murfreesboro, Tenn. and Melba Jean Bennett and husband, Bob, of Pacific; one sister, Vernette Durbin of Poplar Bluff; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, in the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Campbell, Mo., with Pastor Glenn Marshall officiating.
Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Campbell.
