Carroll Clifford

Carroll Wayne Clifford, 82, of Campbell, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003 at Three Rivers Healthcare-North in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Arrangements are incomplete with Landess Funeral Home of Campbell.

Linda Edwards

Linda Joy Edwards, 55, of Maryland Heights, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003, in Maryland Heights.

Born Sept. 30, 1947, at Clarkton, Mo., a daughter of Daisy Carolline Miller Williams Snider of Bloomfield, Mo. and the late Emmett Woodrow Williams, she was affiliated with First Southern Baptist Church in Malden, Mo.

Suvivors include a son, David Edwards, of Nashville, Tenn., mother and step-father, Daisy and Loyd Snider of Bloomfield; two sisters, Carol Walton of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Peggy Bender of Campbell, Mo.; two grandchildren, Briana Edwards and Emmett Edwards of Nashville and a companion, P.J. Burns of Maryland Heights.

Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today, Friday, Jan. 10, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services are 11 a.m Saturday, Jan. 11, in Bradshaw Chapel with the Revs. Kenneth Powers and Ronald Williams officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.

Gladys Foster

Gladys Loreda Foster, 84, of Kennett, died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2003, at NHC Healthcare of Kennett.

Born Sunday, July 21, 1918, in Pollard, Ark., a daughter of the late Randal and Flora Davidson Hayes, she was a member of Slicer Street Church of Christ in Kennett. She was a retired inspector for Simmons Mfg.

She married Charley Peyton Foster who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a son, Archie Lee Foster and a daughter, Wilmo McAllister Anton.

Survivors include two daughters, Diann Slicer and husband, Sam, and Charlene Wayman and husband, Sam, all of Kennett; four sons, Ken Foster and wife, Barbara, of Brandon, Fla., Ralph Foster and wife, Diane, of Highland, Ind., and Lyman Foster and wife, Mavis, of Portage, Ind.; one sister, Pansy House of Hammond, Ind.; 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation is 6 p.m. today, Friday, Jan. 10, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at Bradshaw Funeral Chapel with Spencer Furby officiating.

Burial in Gravel Hill Cemetery at St. Francis, Ark.

Pallbearers are Mike Slicer, Adam Wayman, Kenny Foster, Archie Foster, Mike Foster and Doug Foster.

Clyde Pace

William Clyde Pace, 77, of Malden, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.

Born March 18, 1925, in Cuba Landing, Tenn., a son of the late William Clayton and Cora Belle Mays Pace, he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a carpenter, and of the Baptist faith.

On July 5, 1947, he married Wilma Inez Waddell, who survives.

Other survivors include a son, Randy Pace of Maryland Heights, Mo., a sister, Mary Alice Wiggins of Oak Grove, Mo.; five grandchildren, Nicole Pace of Chicago, Ill., Eric Pace, Matthew Pace and Erica Pace of Maryland Heights and Tony Brandt of Dixon, Mo.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Denton Ray Pace.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, in the Bradshaw Chapel with the Rev. Paul Starnes officiating.

Burial will be in Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton.

Harry Treece

Harry Treece, 89, of Hayti, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 10, 2001, at Pemiscot Memorial Healthcare in Hayti.

Sarah West

Sarah L. West, 88, of Hayti, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 3, 2003, at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems in Hayti.

Born Friday, Oct. 9, 1914, in Tupelo, Miss., a daughter of the late Aaron and Hattie Cowley, she was a homemaker.

She married Jim West who preceded her in death in August 1978. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jimmye Former and a brother, Willie Cowley.

Survivors include six sons, Calvin West, Isaiah West, and James West all of Hayti, Tommy West of Elgin, Ill., Frank West of Freeport, Ill., Willie West of Alton, Ill.; four daughters, Ida West of Hayti, Vera West of Osceola, Ark., Jewell Former and Dorothy Brandon, both of Elgin Ill.; 51 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today, Friday, Jan. 10, at Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home in Hayti.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. today in Faith Temple Church of Christ in Hayti with the Rev. Tony Jefferson officiating.

Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery at Hayti.

Pallbearers were Ronnie West, Frank West, Jr., Calvin West, Jr., Mark West, James West, Jr. and Tuhaka Adofo.
