Carroll Wayne Clifford, 81, of Campbell, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003, at Three Rivers Healthcare North in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
Born Jan. 3, 1922, in Campbell, Mo., a son of the late Earnest and Gladys Smith Clifford, he retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1970 after service in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He was a municipal employee and postal worker in Florida and associated with auto repair in Florida and Campell. He was a member of the Campbell General Baptist Church, Four Mile Masonic Lodge, a Shriner, Order of Eastern Star Chapter 92 in Campbell and the American Legion Post 109 in Campbell.
On June 10, 1948, in Rector., Ark., he married Pauline A. Aboott, who preceded him in death Sept. 23, 2000.
Survivors include a son, Phillip Dean Clifford of Campbell; two daughters, Connie Jo Bramoweth and husband, Larry, of Palm Springs, Calif and Jane Wolfe of Ellsinore, Mo.; a sister-in-law, Maxine Clifford of Campbell; three grandsons, Sam Wolfe of Winchester, Ind., Phil Wolfe of Peoria, Ill. and Tom Wolfe of Ellsinore.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Short; two brothers, Everett M. Clifford and Willard "Bill" Clifford.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. today, Sunday, Jan. 12, at Landess Funeral Home in Campell with Pastor Earl D. Dell officiating.
Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery at Campbell.
Dana Hays Dana Hays, 36, of Campbell, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, at her residence.

Linda Joy Edwards, 55, of Maryland Heights, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003, in Maryland Heights.
Born Sept. 30, 1947, at Clarkton, Mo., a daughter of Daisy Carolline Miller Williams Snider of Bloomfield, Mo. and the late Emmett Woodrow Williams, she was affiliated with First Southern Baptist Church in Malden, Mo.
Suvivors include a son, David Edwards, of Nashville, Tenn., mother and step-father, Daisy and Loyd Snider of Bloomfield; two sisters, Carol Walton of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Peggy Bender of Campbell, Mo.; two grandchildren, Briana and Emmett Edwards of Nashville and a companion, P.J. Burns of Maryland Heights.
Funeral services were 11 a.m Saturday, Jan. 11, in Bradshaw Chapel with the Revs. Kenneth Powers and Ronald Williams officiating.
Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.

Billy D. Kidd, Sr., 54, of Dexter, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
Visitation is 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, at Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
A celebration of life service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, in the Watkins & Sons Chapel with the Revs. Frank Heitman and Andrew Lovins officiating.
Burial, with full military honors, will be in Caroline-Dowdy Cemetery near Dexter.
Jimmie Mungle, 81, of Kennett, died Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, at National Healthcare of Kennett.

Harry Treece, 89, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems in Hayti.
Born Saturday, June 21, 1913 in Caruthersville, a son of the late John Lewis and Trumme New Treece, he was a farmer.
On Oct. 1, 1932, in Caruthersville, he married Flossy Lee Wilbanks who preceded him in death Nov. 17, 1986. He was also preceded in death by a son, Alvin Treece; four brothers, Samuel, Amos, Dan and Hosea Treece and three sisters, Ina Brasher, Edna Elkins and Sadie Treece.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Treece of Loudon, Tenn. and Dan Treece of Caruthersville; a daughter, Brenda McCoy of Drokinson, Texas; four sisters, Marcella Cross of Portageville, Mo., Christine Cross of Hayti, Mo., Morma Wagoner of Holly, Mich., and Helen Worley of Hot Springs, Ark.; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today, Sunday, Jan. 12, at Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home in Hayti.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday, at Bradshaw Chapel with the Rev. Bill Baldwin officiating.
Burial in Pemiscot Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Caruthersville.
