NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, Brandon Wheeler and April Wheeler, Husband and wife , by a certain Deed of Trust dated March 3rd, 2015 and recorded in the Recorder's office for Dunkin County, Missouri, in Deed of Trust Book 2015 at Page 603, conveyed to the undersigned trustee, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Dunklin, State of Missouri, to-wit: A part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 2, Township 16 North, Range 7 East in Dunklin County, Missouri and being further described as beginning at a point that lies North 170 feet and East 30 feet from the Southwest corner of the said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 and run thence North 132.70 feet, thence South 87 degrees 42' 34" East 230.18 feet, thence South 123.50 feet; thence West 230 feet to the point of beginning. which conveyance was made to the trustee in trust, to secure the payment of one certain note in said Deed of Trust described; and Whereas, default was made and still continues in the payment of said note; Now therefore, at the request of the legal holder of said note, and in pursuance of the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned trustee will sell the property above described at public venue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the South front door of the Dunklin County Courthouse, in the City of Kennett, County of Dunklin, Missouri, on Thursday the 28th day of July, 2016.
