The Malden Girl Scout Troop 412 celebrated the end of the scout year with a scavenger hunt on May 21 at the home of Karen Hoehn. Following the hunt in which kind neighbors helped, and also donated canned goods for the troop's contribution to the Relay for Life. Pizza and s'mores were enjoyed by the following girl scouts; Faith Garris, Madison Ealey, Haven Wills, Haley Bringingham, Billie Joe Thompson, Allysa Pheifer, Jaycie, Allyssa Hoehn, Jennifer Garrris and Abby also assisted

Ron Smith of Malden and Bill Pruett presented fresh vegetable to the folks at the Malden Nutrition Center last week. Delicious and thank you.

Ann Walker has returned home following a visit with her family in Edger Springs, Mo.

Mr. Wray Graham of the Memphis Christian College visited relatives and friends in Malden over the weekend. Wray also served on the staff at the Mo-Ark Christian College near Naylor during camp week session.

Bingo games will be conducted in the conference room of the Malden Nutrition Center site on Thursday morning June 28.

Lewis and Pat Scott have returned home from a vacation trip to Florida.

Larry Wagster of Oxford, Ms., has returned home after a visit with his father J.D. Wagster. Larry is a Malden High School graduate.

Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hilderbrand have returned home following a trip to Destin, Fl., and Biloxi, Miss.
