My arrival...

Well, I have arrived in Bristol after a very long two-day trip and over 20 hours on the road. The drive was very nice and easy until my GPS made me go through New York City, which wasn't very fun at all. I have gotten to meet my roommates and get settled in at my new apartment that ESPN is providing. I have found out that I'm working nights and I'll be editing football highlights for the nightly SportsCenters on Tuesday-Thursday. I'm actually getting a chance to go visit the ESPN campus a few days early. My supervisor, Chris, asked me if I wanted to come this Saturday and get a chance to observe and look around. I told her that I would love to come since Saturday's will be my busiest days because of college football. I'm looking forward to getting there and seeing the place that I've been wanting to visit since I was a kid! Hopefully I'll have some pictures on here and I'll be sure to write about my first official day as an ESPN Intern on Monday!!

Do your best to make Mizzou look as good as possible so the sports world doesn't think the Midwest is flyover country.
