Why can't everyone just get along

There is so much pent up aggression in the world today. Strangers are more likely to share rude comments than friendly, everyone is a critic, and it seems everyone wants to be negative. Constructive criticism is always a good thing because it helps people to build and move forward in their work. However, constructive criticism should be accompanied by applause for the areas that the individual is successful. A person receiving negative comments regularly with no praise or attaboys will eventually forfeit or become bitter to the world. Whenever I see something that brings to mind a negative comment, I attempt to think about the act by weighing the effects of the comment compared to the effects of the act. The majority of people are critics in some fashion. If Everyone would stop criticizing so often to hand out a compliment every once in a while, the world would be a better place. Task for the day is to compliment a stranger. Lets do this.
